LIFT AND SLIDE PATIO DOORS

Our lift and slide doors are the perfect solution when an open door is needed whereby it does not interfere with the interior of your home, since the open leaf slides parallel to the fixed leaf. When closed, the doors allow maximum sunlight into your room creating a glass wall allowing you to enjoy the full benefits of your outdoors.

These doors are based on a very simple rule: lift - slide - drop. All the elements of the mechanism operate very smoothly, even very large leafs can be easily opened and closed using the door handle. The sliding operable leaf can be left open in many positions leaving a small or large opening as you wish.

The lift and slide door use a very low threshold allowing easy access for wheelchair users to enjoy access between home and outdoors.

Additional elements to these doors are:
(1) Insect screens. These operate independently from the sliding leaf. It looks and operates very similarly to the sliding leaf but is fitted in the door frame. The insect screen is situated on the external side of the door and slides on a separate rail, as a result, the door may be opened with the screen left in place.
(2) Electrical door operation either by the use of a button fitted onto the frame or remote control.

Air ventilations are available in many types and sizes all allowing for air flow even when the door is closed.

Many configurations of styles, incorporating between 2 and 6 leafs of fixed and sliding door can be made according to a customers requirements. The overall width of the door may be up to 20m long.
